8. ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
If it should be necessary to remove or exchange electric components, the
following notes must be observed:
• The replacement of parts on the Mellino must only be carried out by an
instructed specialist.
• Disconnect the power plug from the socket before opening the cladding
each time!
• The components must only be removed when the stove is switched off
and has cooled down.
• Take care that the pellet supply tank is close so that no tools can fall
into it.
8.1 MAINS FUSE
The Mellino is safeguarded using a mains fuse F1 = T2A (10.3 x 38 mm). A
replacement fuse is also in the fuse holder.
• Remove the power plug from the socket.
• Remove the top and bottom back wall.
• Unscrew the cover plate of the fuse box.
• Open the F1 fuse holder (see „Appendix b: Circuit diagram terminal
strip X1“).
• Remove the fuse and insert the replacement.
Attention: if the fuse has tripped, find out the reason for the fuse tripping
and eliminate this before replacing the fuse.
