4 Maintenance per 1500 Running Hours
4.1 Replace the primary air filter element (secondary every 3000 hours)
4.2 Check the safety valve: to ensure that the safety valve is not blocked, deformed or malfunctioning.
4.3 Check the maximum speed and idle speed of the diesel engine;
4.4 Check sealing of oil, air and water circuit
4.5 Replace compressor oil filters
4.6 Check and top up compressor lubricant.
4.7 Check and take note of compressor operating parameters.
4.8 Inspect all pipe work and fittings for security and leaks.
4.9 Check coolers for debris or blockages that may restrict cooling air flow.
5 Maintenance per 6000 Running Hours
5.1 Replace the oil – air separator element(s)
5.1.1 Dismantle and inspect the purge line pipes, orifice and check valve to ensure clear flow.
5.1.2 Inspect air oil separator vessel for leaks.
5.1.3 Check operation of the safety valves.
5.1.4 Check compressor and engine intake tubes for security and leakage.
6 Maintenance per 8000 Running Hours
6.1 Replace the compressor oil:
7 Maintenance for Long-term Stop
The equipment shall be maintained as follows during long-term stop, particularly at the season or area with
the temperature lower than 0
℃
and high humidity.
7.1 Stop for more than 3 weeks
7.1.1 Move the equipment to a dry, dust-free place.
7.1.2 Drain the water in the oil cooler and aftercooler completely to prevent the cooler from frost crack.
7.1.3 If there is any fault, it should be eliminated first for future use.
7.1.4 Discharge the condensate in the oil-air tank, oil cooler and aftercooler in two or three days.
7.2 Stop for more than 2 months.
In addition to the procedure above, the following maintenance shall be made:
7.2.1 Close all openings to prevent moisture and dust from entering.
7.2.2 Pack the safety valve, control display panel, etc. with oil paper or similar paper to prevent rust.
7.2.3 Replace the lubricating oil before stop and run it for 30 minutes. Remove the condensate from the
oil-air tank and the oil cooler within two or three days.
7.2.4 Discharge the cooling water completely.
Refer to the specification of diesel engine for the maintenance of diesel engine during long-term stop.
