4  Notes during Operation 

4.1  The  compressor  must not be operated above rated conditions (e.g., pressure, temperature, speed, 
etc.). 
4.2 When there is abnormal sound, abnormal vibration or any indication showing internal overheat 
during operation, stop the equipment immediately. 
4.3 When the compressor is running, all doors shall be closed, all guards must be in place and secure. 
4.4 There is pressure in the pipeline and the container during operation. Do not loosen the pipeline or 
plug and open unnecessary valves. 
4.5 If it is found that the oil level is not observed from the oil sight glass during operation, stop it 
immediately. When the pressure drops to zero in the system, the oil level shall be topped up  to the 
position close to the top scale position to ensure that the oil level is in the scope of view during start-up 
and normal operation. 
4.6 The compressor must be monitored constantly during the test run. In the future, each instrument is 
inspected every 2 hours during operation, and each parameter is recorded for future maintenance and 
inspection reference. 

5  Periodic Inspection: 

5.1 All safety devices shall be at good operating state; 
5.2 All protective devices shall be installed appropriately; 
5.3 All hoses and hard tubes shall work well; particularly for the pressurized oil-way air discharge hose 
parts, if there are signs of aging, they should be replaced immediately. Otherwise, high-pressure 
lubricant will splash on the hot surface of the diesel exhaust pipe, which will cause serious fire accident. 
5.4 No fuel, lubricant and coolant leakage; 
5.5 The diesel engine fan drive belt shall be tensioned normally; 
5.6 All fasteners shall be tightened; 
5.7All wires connection shall be good and safe;
