Settings and Adjustments by Using Display Control Software

6-1. Installing the Display Control Software

Required items

Personal computer (hereafter referred to as “PC”)

- OS: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10

- The Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 are installed. (Version earlier than

1.20.0)

“vc_redist.x86.exe” in Microsoft Visual C++2015 Redistributable Packages Update 3 RC is installed.

(Version 1.20.0 or later)

- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 or later is installed. (Version earlier than 1.20.0)

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 or later is installed. (Version 1.20.0 or later)

Application software: Display Control Software

For details on how to obtain the application software, contact your local Sony Sales Office/Service Center.

1. Extract the file on PC.

File to be extracted: DCS_Setup_vXXXXXX.zip

(In XXXXXX, the version is displayed.)

2. Execute

DCS_Setup_vXXXXXX.exe.

When the diagram to confirm if you log on as Administrator is displayed, select “Yes”. When the
following screen is displayed, operate according to the installer’s instructions.

When you click [Install], the execution environment is checked, then installation starts.
