4. Attach the unit alignment tool to the display unit.

(1) Attach the unit alignment tool and start it. (Refer to steps 4-(1) to 4-(5) in Section 2-4-3.)

(2) Select the previously set display unit on the monitor. ([Layout] button, orange

→

blue)

(3) Select the display unit to be set on the monitor. (orange)

5. Align the display unit in the Z direction.

(1) Switch the monitor screen of the unit alignment tool to the Z direction adjusting screen. ([Z]

button)

(2) Insert the eccentric pins (short) into the four Z adjusting holes. Insert the hexagon wrench into

the eccentric pins (short).

Insert the eccentric pins (short) vertically all the way to the end.

If you have difficulty in inserting the eccentric pins (short) into the Z adjusting holes, slightly

rotate the eccentric pins (short) to find the position into which they can be inserted.
