Using Tethering
Tethering
Use handset like a Wi-Fi router to access the Internet from a
PC or game devices.
・Requires separate subscription.
・Use after confirming that handset is updated to the latest
software.
Using USB Tethering
In Home Screen, (ツール) (Tethering)
Tethering window opens.
・If tethering option screen appears, follow onscreen
instructions.
Connect handset and PC with Micro USB Cable
USB tethering
USB tethering is enabled ( ).
・If confirmation appears, follow onscreen instructions.
USB Connection
If connecting Micro USB Cable for the first time, driver
software of handset is installed to PC. Wait for a while
until installation is completed.
・When "Install software" screen appears on handset, Tap
SKIP or CANCEL .
Using Wi-Fi Tethering
In Home Screen, (ツール) (Tethering)
Tethering window opens.
Portable Wi-Fi hotspot
Portable Wi-Fi hotspot is enabled ( ).
・If confirmation appears, follow onscreen instructions.
Setting Portable Wi-Fi hotspot
In Tethering screen, Portable Wi-Fi hotspot settings
Configure Wi-Fi hotspot Enter network name (SSID)
Select security type Enter password as needed
SAVE
・At time of purchase, password is set in random order.
