Adjustment
2-2-1. Polarizer Adjustment

Perform this adjustment in a dark place.

Be sure to adjust the in-polarizer assembly in the order of (G), (R) and (B).
1. Remove the upper case assembly, rear panel, and main board. (Refer to Sections 1-3-1 to 1-3-3.)
2. Remove the main board bracket. (Refer to steps
1
to
6
in Section 1-3-4.)
3 Lay the insulators on the unit, then connect the extension boards, main board, and extension cables.
(Refer to Section 1-4-2.)
4. Insert the AC plug.
5. Turn on the power and project the image on the screen.

Perform this without the input signal.
6. Set the status to “OFF” and the background to “Black” in the menu.
7. Loosen the screw of the S in-polarizer (G) assembly.
8. Move the polarization panel holder from side to side, and then tighten the screw at the position where
the image on the screen becomes the darkest.
9. Loosen the screw of the S in-polarizer (R) assembly, then perform step 8.
10. Loosen the screw of the S in-polarizer (B) assembly, then perform step 8.
11. Set the status to “ON” and the background to “Blue” in the menu.
12. Turn off the power.
13. Assemble the unit in the reverse order of steps 1 to 3.
