To choose a PLAY mode
The Play Mode enables you to play all tracks in a Playlist (normal playback),
play a specific music track, or play music tracks in the Playlist randomly
(shuffle).
1 Press the OPTIONS button during the playback of the Playlist.
The OPTIONS menu appears.
2 Press the up or down arrow buttons to highlight Play mode, then press the
SELECT button.
A submenu appears.
3 Press the up or down arrow buttons to highlight a Play mode, then press the
SELECT button.
To sort folders or Playlists
The Folders and Playlist screen enables you to sort folders or Playlists by name,
in ascending or descending order.
1 Press the OPTIONS button while the Folders and Playlist screen is
displayed.
The OPTIONS menu appears.
2 Press the up or down arrows to highlight Sort , then press the SELECT
button.
A submenu appears.
3 Press the up or down arrows to specify the sort order, then press the
SELECT button.
The folders and Playlists are sorted as specified.

The playback mode “ Track ” plays the current music track only.
