Recording Communications via H.323 Terminals

Access RSOnline.

Click [Recording Setting].

In the monitoring list of the recording status, select the recording session
of the H.323 terminal that you want to stop recording.
The selected item is highlighted in blue, and the [Stop] button appears.

Click [Stop].
Recording sessions started by other users will also appear on the recording
session monitor, so pay close attention when making a selection from the
list.
When recording is stopped, the recording session for the corresponding
H.323 terminal is deleted from the list.
Recording Communications via H.323
Terminals
Call the HD RECORDING SERVER from H.323 terminals with internal
MCU functions to start recording using this method. This method starts
recording with the HD RECORDING SERVER in the “call destination” role.
The following is an example using a Sony PCS-XG80 with multipoint
connection software installed.
For details on other terminals with internal MCU functions, refer to their
respective operating manuals.
To simultaneously call the terminals and start recording

Click the [Connect] button in the home screen.

Select [Enter Number/Address].
If multipoint connection software is installed, the [Number of Connected
Sites] appears at the top right of the screen.

Select the number of terminals to connect in the [Number of Connected
Sites] list.
[Dial to:] appears based on the value selected in step 3.
