The HD RECORDING SERVER can record communications between H.323 
terminals with internal multipoint control units (MCU).
This chapter describes how to record H.323 terminal communications using 
the HD RECORDING SERVER.

Recording H.323 Terminal 
Communications via RSOnline

Access RSOnline and connect to the H.323 terminals with internal MCU 
functions to start recording using this method. This method starts recording 
with the HD RECORDING SERVER in the “caller” role. The following 
describes operations for when gatekeeper registration to the HD VISUAL 
COMMUNICATION SERVER has not been performed for the H.323 
terminals.

Access RSOnline.

Click [Recording Setting].

Specify [Input IP Address] for the entry method, enter the IP address of the 
H.323 terminal with the internal MCU functions in the entry field, and 
click the [Start] button.
When recording starts, information on the called H.323 terminal is 
displayed in a list on the monitor used for viewing recording sessions. If it 
is not displayed, the H.323 terminal has not been connected properly. 
Check the information entered in step 2 in such cases.
