Trouble Shooting
4-1. Display of LED Panel
Check the display of the LED panel next to the input panel of the main unit.

Around T102 fails on G board
.
Around T103 fails on G board
.
Around T104 fails on G board

Refer to the Troubleshooting of the G board.

Fan for G board stopped
→
Either or both of the two fans attached to the G board bracket stopped.
.
Fan for Input D stopped
→
The fan attached to the optional IFB-LE100 stopped.
.
Fan largest fan stopped
→
The fan of 200 mm dia on the center of the unit stopped.
When the fan stops, the messages “Lamp Temperature is too High”, “Lamp Temperature was
too High”, “Replace the lamp”, “Unit Temperature is too High”, etc. may be displayed at the
same time.

Fan for optical unit stopped
→
The fan on the upper block of the prism block stopped.
When the fan stops, the message “Unit Temperature is too High” may be displayed at the
same time.

Top or Lamp cover is opening
→
The lamp door which was opened for lamp replacement is not securely closed. If this message
remains displayed even though the door is securely closed, the sensor may have failed.

Lamp Temperature was too High
→
The lamp house was not cooled normally and the wind pressure inside the lamp house is
decreasing. Confirm that the intake or outtake of the unit is not covered.

Replace the Lamp
→
The lamp was not cooled normally and the temperature of the lamp exceeds the specifications.
If you use the lamp in this state, the lamp may explode. Replace the lamp.

Unit Temperature is too High
→
The temperature inside the unit is increasing. There are three temperature sensors near the
DMD panel in the prism block. Confirm that the intake or outtake of the unit is not covered
and that the operating environment temperature is not too high.

Warming Up
→
This state continues until the temperature of the DMD panel reaches the specification since the
operating environment temperature or storage temperature is too low. There are three temper-
ature sensors near the DMD panel in the prism block.

Unit Temperature is too Low
→
Warming up described above automatically ends after 20 minutes. If the temperature does not
increase after 20 minutes have elapsed, this message is displayed.
