5-4-2.  Partial Blur Adjustment (6 group assy)

Note: 

Partial Blur Adjustment (6 group assy) is done by increasing or 

decreasing the thickness of the washer.

 

Refer  to  “2-2.  DISASSEMBLY”,  disassemble  the  lens,  and 

change the thickness of the washer.

Adjusting Procedure

1.  Remove the rear outer ring assy, referring to the “2-2. DISAS-

SEMBLY”.

2.  Increase or decrease the thickness of the M2 washer to adjust 

the partial blur.

 

Front focus: Make the washer thicker.

 

Rear focus: Make the washer thinner.

3.  Perform the check and adjustment repeatedly until the partial 

blur is improved.

Note: 

Partial Blur Adjustment (G03 assy) is done by increasing or de-

creasing the thickness of the washer.

 

Refer  to  “2-2.  DISASSEMBLY”,  disassemble  the  lens,  and 

change the thickness of the washer.

Adjusting Procedure

1.  Remove the filter screw ring assy, referring to the “2-2. DISAS-

SEMBLY”.

2.  Loosen the three screws to fixing the G03 assy.

 
3.  Increase or decrease the thickness of the 1 group tilt washer to 

adjust the partial blur.

 

Front focus: Make the washer thicker.

 

Rear focus: Make the washer thinner.
