5-4.  RESOLVING  POWER  ADJUSTMENT

5-4-1. Partial Blur Adjustment (B06 frame assy)

Note 1: 

Partial Blur Adjustment (B06 frame assy) is done by moving 

the B06 frame assy.

 

 

Refer  to  “2-2.  DISASSEMBLY”,  disassemble  the  lens,  and 

move the position of B06 frame assy.

Adjusting Procedure

1.  After the “5-2-3. Optical Axis Adjustment (B06 frame assy)” is 

performed, and state that is as follows condition.

 

•  The three screws fixing the B06 frame assy were loosened 1/2 

turn after being tightened with the optical axis adjustment spring 

inserted.

 

•  The optical axis adjustment pin has been removed.

2.  Insert a thin flathead screwdriver to the hole (three places) of the 

lens side and move the B06 frame assy little by little.

  Perform the check and adjustment repeatedly until the partial 

blur is improved.

 

3.  When partial blur is improved, “5-2-2. Optical Axis Check” is 

performed to check that the optical axis of checking lens satisfies 

the specification.

4.  Remove the rear tube assy, referring to the “2-2.DISASSEM-

BLY”.

5.  After removing the optical axis adjustment spring, tighten the 

screws that fixing the B06 frame assy.

 

Note 2: 

Remove one optical axis adjustment spring for evely each 

screw and tighten it, so that the position of the B06 frame 

assy does not move.

6.  Apply the adhesive bond (B-110) to the following 3 places.

 

Note 3: 

Apply a bond to the 3 places of the B06 frame assy when 

all optical adjustments are complete.
