9. Set for the focusing ring to the position of the tape etc. stuck by
“Preparations”.
10. “ROTATE FOCUS RING 360 degrees START” is displayed,
press the ENTER key.
11. Rotate the focusing ring in one direction, and stop at accurately
one rotated positions.
Note:
Do not rotate in the reverse direction at the halfway.

12. “FINISH OF ROTATION” is displayed, press the ENTER key.
13. “FOCUS RING CHECK START” is displayed, press the ENTER
key.
14. Repeat the operations from step 10 to step 12.
15. When focusing ring adjust/inspection is completed, automati-
cally starts the each adjustments (hall sensor adjust, MR sensor
adjust).
16. When the automatic adjustment is completed, message screen is
displayed in the following. Use a tripod to set the lens in a stable
horizontal condition.
17. When the ENTER key is pressed, message screen is displayed
in the following. Repeatedly set the zooming ring to the WIDE
end, TELE end, WIDE end, TELE end...alternately.

18. When setting is completed, “Stop rotating ZOOM-Ring” is
displayed.
19. When the ENTER key is pressed, message screen is displayed
in the following. Set the zooming ring to the WIDE end (focal
length: 200 mm).
