Using the AE compensation function
The AE compensation function allows you to finely adjust the brightness
level that should result from activation of the AE function in any of the
three modes described above.
To make an AE compensation setting, use the following procedure.

When the menu system is not accessed, press the or button on
the remote controller.
At the bottom of the monitor screen appears the indication “AE-CMP,”
followed by the currently set AE compensation value.

To increase or decrease the AE compensation value, press the or
button on the remote controller. (The setting range is –9 to +9.)
