Setup

PREROLL TIME settings

POSTROLL TIME settings

PRE = ss: ff [absolute value input]

ss: ff-ss: ff [relative value input]

Sets the preroll time, which determines how far
VTRs must be rewound past their IN points to
achieve synchronization before previews,
recording, and so on. The maximum value is 59
seconds 29 frames. Normally the preroll time is
set to from 5 to 7 seconds.

Factory default setting: 05: 00 (5 seconds)

Enter with the buttons in the numeric keypad. You
can enter either an absolute or a relative value.
Confirm by pressing the ENTER button.

A beep tone sounds in case of an error, for
example if the value is negative for relative input,
or if the value exceeds the maximum range. The
value is not set in case of an error.

To set the preroll time with button operations
only

Press the CTRL + IN buttons, enter the desired
preroll time from the numeric keypad, and press
the ENTER button.
