Scratchpad display

Status display

DMC DIAL = WIDE (NARROW)

Specifies the relation between playback speed
and angle of rotation when you rotate the search
dial in DMC playback mode.

WIDE: The angle of rotation needed to vary

playback speed from 0% to 100% is about
200°.

NARROW: The angle of rotation needed to vary

playback speed from 0% to 100% is about
120°.

Factory default setting: WIDE

WIPE | 10 = 10 (WIPE)

Specifies whether the wipe pattern/numeric
keypad buttons should be used as numeric
buttons when the system is not in data loading or
entry mode.

WIPE: Use as wipe pattern buttons.

10: Use as numeric buttons.
