N-bit address and 16-bit data is supported, but an external latch is needed and an extra signal ALE is required to control
the latch. The N-bit address and 16-bit data bits are multiplexed on the AD and A pins.

ALE
At the start of the transaction the address is output on the AD and A lines. The external address latch is controlled by the
ALE signal and stores the address. Then the data is read or written according to operation.
