• If necessary, use the + / - keys to set the cooking time. You can adjust the time in a faster scale by holding down the buttons.
• The default cooking time of the modes is the average time required for that food group. Always read the recipes and judge the cooking
time required as described in it, taking into account the food, its quantity and, of course, your taste.
4. The cooking program starts automatically 10 seconds after selecting the mode.
• The appliance signals the start of the cooking process with 3 beeps. The LED display will then show “”, indicating the „
” preheating
mark.
Attention: This preheating phase can take up to 10-40 minutes and depends on the ingredients, their amount, and the temperature of
the food.
• Due to the increasing pressure in the cooker, some steam will escape from the float valve before it rises.
• When the pressure cooker has reached the operating pressure required for cooking, the „
” on the LED display switches to the
remaining cooking time and starts counting down. In this pressurized condition, no steam will leave the lid of the appliance, but there may
be a small amount of smoke coming out of the safety valve and sometimes a small amount of liquid escaping from it. This is completely
normal.
• The multifunction electric pressure cooker makes a clicking sound during operation. This is part of the normal operation of the heater
as it switches OFF and ON during the cooking process.
• You can interrupt the current cooking program at any time by pressing the keep warm/cancel button. The device is then in standby
mode.
5. At the end of the cooking program, the appliance beeps steadily and switches to automatic “Keep warm” mode. The automatic “Keep
warm” is held for a maximum of 12 hours, after which it enters standby mode.
Attention: In the case of rice, it is not recommended to leave the food in the appliance for too long in the “Keep warm” mode, as this will
affect the taste and texture of the food.
6. To end “Keep warm”, press the keep warm/cancel button. You can then open the lid by following the steps in “Safely opening the lid”.
• When you open the lid, the inner pot may stick to the lid. This is due to the vacuum created by the cooling. Set the safety valve to the
“Venting” position, the inlet air will remove the vacuum and the lid will be removed from the inner pot.
Slow cooking
1. Follow the instructions in “Preparing the appliance for cooking”. Set the safety valve to the “Venting” position (
Figure 11.
) You can also
use a glass cover.
2. Switch on the device. “- - - -” will then appear on the LED display and the keep warm/cancel button will flash. The device is now in
standby mode.
3. Press the
slow cook
function button
4. Use the + / - keys to change the cooking time from 30 minutes to 20 hours.
5. Use the adjust button to select the desired cooking mode from “Normal”, “Less” or “More”. This sets the cooking time to the normal, short
or long cooking time of an average slow cooker.
6. 10 seconds after pressing the slow cook button, the cooking program will start automatically.
7. At the end of the cooking program, the appliance beeps steadily and automatically switches to the “Keep warm” mode for a maximum
of 12 hours.
Using the „preset” function for cooking
With this function you can delay the start of the cooking time by up to 24 hours. This function cannot be used in “Keep Warm”, “Yogurt”,
and “Saute” modes. You can set the delay as follows.
1. Set the desired cooking mode.
2. Within 10 seconds of selecting the mode, press the preset button, the corresponding indicator light will flash, and then use the + / - keys
to set the delay time. The first time you press the preset button, you can set the delay exactly to the hour, and when you press it again, you
can set it exactly to the minute. At the end of the set delay time, the pre-set cooking program starts automatically. Attention, always leave
enough time for the appliance to cook and cool down.
3. 10 seconds after the last key press, the preset will start automatically. The preset indicator light is constantly red and you can track the
countdown on the LED display.
4. You can cancel the set preset at any time by pressing the keep warm/cancel button.
5. As soon as the countdown reaches 0, the electric pressure cooker will start cooking automatically according to the settings. When
cooking is complete, the cooker switches to automatic keep warm mode for up to 12 hours.
Attention:
• It is not recommended to use the preset function to delay the cooking of perishable foods such as meat or fish. Keeping such foods at
room temperature for extended periods of time can lead to spoilage. Cooked rice will be soft and sticky due to long soaking, and after
boiling if left in the keep warm mode for too long, the layer at the bottom of the pot will soak.
• When cooking porridge, oatmeal, or other frothy or sticky foods, DO NOT use the preset function as they may stick to the float valve so
it cannot close and the food may leak. Therefore, do not leave the electric pressure cooker alone during preheating when preparing these
dishes.
Saute
1. Follow the instructions in “Preparing the appliance for cooking”. Keep the lid open to avoid increasing the pressure in the pressure
cooker.
2. Switch on the device. “- - - -” will then appear on the LED display and the keep warm/cancel button will flash. The appliance is now in
standby mode.
