connecting the motor to the electronic unit

The motor and the electronic unit must always be connected before the electronic unit
is connected to the mains.
The motor must always be connected between terminals 9 and 10 (green label M1 on the
motor’s electronic unit).
To change the direction of the motor, invert the wires connected to terminals 9 and 10.

Install the electronic unit as shown in the illustration on page 1.
Screw the aerial’s earth conductor (conductor wire connected to terminal 2 of the electronic unit) onto
the motor.
Screw the electronic unit onto the motor.
These instructions describe the procedure for replacing the electronic unit for FreeVia 280, 290, 300 and
600 motors.
The power supply must be switched off before the electronic unit is replaced.
