Firmware Upgrade - Offline mode

Firmware Upgrade - offline download window

If your computer does not have access to the internet, you must:
1. Generate the product key. Click

Get Product Key

in the following window.

2. Using the product key, download the firmware file from a computer that has access to the internet.

3. Click

Upgrade Firmware

in the window above, then follow the on-screen instructions to Install the firmware into the NVR.
