8.3 Configure interface for printer

Press the Function Page key to start the Function Settings Functions level:

Press the F6 Setup Mode key.
Use the Arrow keys to select the IT menu; start the menu with the F6 Next key.
Use the Arrow keys to select the Interface sub-menu; start the menu with the F6 Next key.
Select Use with the Arrow keys and from there select the printer to be connected.
Info: Soehnle printers are included by default; other printers can also be connected with the 30xx
service software.
Program the remaining parameters baud rate, data bits, parity, and Xon/Xoff according to the
details in the printer manual.
The parameters for Soehnle Professional printers are included in the factory defaults.

8.4 Quick change of print formats

If the scale operator is to be given the ability to make on-demand print format switches directly at
the terminal – e.g. because a print format is needed in several languages during the course of the
day – the option exists to assign stored print formats by switching the Print key.

Press the key followed by the key. A list of available print formats is displayed.

You can page through the list of stored print formats with the F3 and F4 Arrow keys.
Press the F6 Save key to assign the print command for the retrieved print format to the Print key.
Press the F2 Delete key to again delete the changed print command from the Print key.
