Enabling inputs and outputs
The desired setting can be programmed in Setup Mode / Communication / IO Control / IO Operating
Mode. See Section 7.11.1 IO Operating Mode Selections for more details.
The IO module can send and receive switching signals after the inputs and outputs have been
enabled.
6.13. 6 Dynamic switching functions
Assigning outputs
You can assign target values (switching points) or specified conditions (such as empty message,
settle, underload, overload) to up to 6 outputs.
If the target value is reached by loading or relieving the scale, or the specified condition is reached,
the output is enabled or disabled depending on the settings.
The settings for the switching points apply to all connected scales (measurement locations), e.g.
they retain their validity or function when the measurement location is changed.
Additional conditions can be selected for the target values (weight values) for dynamic switching
program settings.
Target value comparison with the current reading (factory default) or totaling memory.
Enabling the switching point continuous (factory default) or when the scale has settled.
Press the F1 Outputs key in the Dynamic Switching Function level.
A list of the 6 outputs S1 to S6 is generated with the current function settings.
You can move around in the list with the F3 and F4 Arrow keys. F6 Edit retrieves the highlighted
switching point.
