S E C T I O N   5     •     I n i t i a l   S e t u p   a n d   D a i l y   U s e

Step 6: After Use

1.  Press the Standby button to place the system in standby.
2.  Remove the hose from the convective warming blanket.

Note:

 

Dispose of the convective warming blankets in a safe manner according to local guidelines  

for disposal of contaminated medical waste.

3.  Perform routine cleaning after each use. Refer to Section 6, 

Cleaning/Maintenance

Step 7: Storage

Store the convective warmer in a cool, dry place away from temperature extremes.
