Verification of the product 

At completion of install, a cabinet must be verified via the Authorised Distributor using 
the  Smartline  Medical  approved  Auditing  Tools  for  an  Installation  and  Operational 
Qualification (IQ & OQ) in accordance with EN16442 and AS4187 or local standard. 
Following this, a Performance Qualification (PQ) should be carried out by a suitably 
trained technician and is the responsibility of the HSO.
