Common Fault Alarm
Fault alarm includes switch transfer failure.

Common Warn Alarm
Warning alarms include A phase sequence wrong, B phase
sequence wrong, and forced to open.

Transition Fault
Switch transfer failures include A failed to close, A failed to open, B
failed to close, and B failed to open.

Audible Alarm
When fault alarms are active, external annunciator can be
connected;
After delay for 60s, clear the audible alarm output.
