3. Installing the Console
This procedure involves the following steps:
•
mount the console to the console bracket
•
install the cable cleats
While it's possible to complete this procedure on your own, it's easier if you have help.
Mounting the Console
Hang the console on its bracket. Use the security fasteners to secure the console to the
bracket. Feed the boom cables through the most convenient cable grommet.
Cable Grommets
NOTE:
Don't lift the console by its top or cable cleats. These parts are not designed to support
the weight of the console. Instead, use the grommet holes.

console accessory kit)

2 ¼-20 x ½" security hex socket button head cap screws
To mount the console:

With your assistant's help, grasp the console using the cable grommet holes. Lift the
console up and onto the bracket so that the hanging rail on the console's back hooks over
the protruding bracket flanges. Make sure you center the console on the bracket.
IMPORTANT:
Don't pinch or bend any cables when you mount the console on the
bracket.

Open the console's front doors and locate the slots for the security fasteners. Align these
holes with the fastener locations on the console bracket.
