eatballs
1 pound ground turkey
1 small white or half medium onion , chopped
¼ c. red pepper , chopped
¼ c. green pepper , chopped
2 cloves garlic , chopped
1 egg
1/2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Olive oil or vegetable oil
•
Preheat Meatball Maker until ready light turns on.
•
Brush vegetable oil, butter or margarine on cooking surfaces.
•
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
•
Spoon the turkey meat mixture evenly into the 6 molds.
•
Cook the meatballs in the meatball factory machine for 7-10
minutes.
•
Remove meatballs and if desired, add meatballs to a saucepan
with your favorite sauce and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
•
Serve over pasta or in a hoagie for a meatball sandwich.
