1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
•
Preheat Meatball Maker until ready light turns on.
•
Brush vegetable oil or cooking spray on cooking surfaces.
•
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
•
Spoon the meat mixture evenly into the 6 molds. Cook the
meatballs in the meatball factory machine for 7-10 minutes.
•
Remove meatballs and if desired, add meatballs to a saucepan
with your favorite sauce and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
•
Serve over pasta or in a hoagie for a meatball sandwich.
