Configuration via LAN or WLAN
During the configuration via LAN or WLAN the IP gateway and the mobile device need to be in the same network.
Step 1
Start the
app Door call 2

Using the links you can
open the Terms and con-
ditions, the app’s terms of
use and its privacy policy.
After reading the docu-
ments you need to accept
their content by ticking
the box.
Step 2
By clicking on
Okay
you
confirm your choice.
Step 3
When starting the app for
the first time a configu
-
ration guide shows all IP
gateways available in the
network your smartphone
is logged in.
Pick the IP gateway you
want by tapping on
Se-
lect
.
Step 4
Now enter the login dates
you have generated be-
fore in the web interface.
The app asks for all nec-
essary settings one by
one.
Step 5
After logging in the app
switches to the main
menu, i. e. the list of calls.
The mobile device is now
ready to test the connec-
tion and to accept door
calls.
If your mobile device has
successfully been con-
nected to the IP gateway,
the app automatically
connects to the IP gate-
way each time it is start-
ed and directly displays
the list of calls.
