5.1.2 Adjustment of wall inlets
Ensure that the actuator is set and calibrated as
described in
Technical User Guide (DA 175
actuator) based on the values below.
Adjust limits for DA 175 – at direct pull.
The effective tensile length for A 1200, DA 1211
and DA 1911 is 370 mm.
In cases where there is a wire between the actuator
and the wall inlets, it may be necessary to prolong
the actuator's effective tensile length.
Run the actuators’s cylinder completely in to
position IN, mark the point with a marker or
similar. Follow this by calibrating the cylinder’s
effective tensile length.
Run the actuator completely in to position IN and
adjust the inlets so that all inlets are open at 263
mm
Start the adjustment at the inlets closest to the
actuator.
An opening of 263 mm ensures that the string does
not fall off of the roller on the inlets that open first.
Measure as shown on the pictures below.
The strings should subsequently be slack when the
actuator is completely in position OUT and
precisely tight at the first point in the Side curve.
