Mounting the Regulation Set
5.1 Regulation Set with Universal AIC
The regulation set including filler plug is located
in a bag behind the flap.
522007 DA 1200 Clamp for pull rod
504833 DA 1200 U-shackle for pull rod
522940 Nylon cord
526035 DA 1200 reel
526046 DA 1200 lock for U-shackle
The picture illustrates various kinds of mounting
and pull to the right and left side respectively.
Place the clamp as shown; clamp must be placed
identically along the entire length of the pull rod.
Press U-shackle with reel into place or tap the
shackle gently with a hammer.
The big reel must have a end backlash of 0.5 -
1mm.
Disassembly is preferably done with pliers and
tapping with a hammer.
Mount the filler plugs included.
