Configuring a surge test using the Baker ZTX

1)  Create a Test ID to specifically test armatures.  For example, create a new test ID 

called “Armature 180V” with a voltage class of 180 Volts.  After creating the new test 

ID the test view will look like the figure below.

2)  Click on the 

Off

 button in the 

Surge

 

Test

 section to turn surge test on.
