2. Slide wings onto deck. The wings should be placed

on the deck so the mattress clip is on the bottom side

of the wing.

3. Place end-plate on the ends of the wings.

4. Secure end-plate with the Self-Tapping Torx head

screw using #30 Torx Bit.

5. Place the 5/16” Button Socket Head Cap Screws in the

holes where the side rail mounts would be if the deck

was 39”.

6. Using a 3/16” Allen Wrench and 1/2” Wrench, place

the side rail mounts on the bed. To mount, place side

rail mount underneath bed while aligning the holes.

Place bolts through holes as shown. Slide side rail into

mount.
