Head and Footboards

Bed Set-Up

1. Remove side rails and box before lifting 1

st

section off. Remove packaging wrapped

around the items.

After removing the 1

st

section of the bed,

remove the head and footboards. Remove

the 2

nd

section of the bed from the pallet and

proceed with assembling the bed. Inspect for

damages.

2. Remove the two zip ties that are holding down the deck

sections to the frame on each side of the bed.

3. To assemble the bed, place the head

section and foot section facing each

other.

To put the two sections together, lift up

on the foot section and place it on the

shoulder bolt that is connected to the

head section.

WARNING:

During set-up, DO NOT remove the shoulder bolt on the center

joint of the frame. It allows one side of the frame to slide out when ready to lift

the frame apart. Failure to do so could result in patient or user injury as well as

damage to equipment or other property.
