Archimede Portable Dataloggers User Manual
rev.5 -03.12.2019-
The DL will show configuration data for your probe.
These data include:
Name:
The name used to identify the probe: initially, it coincides with the name of the
probe category, but it should be changed by the user before saving it.
Notes:
User notes related to the instrument.
Code:
The instrument model: this field cannot be edited by the user.
Unit:
The unit of measure: the user could either select it from the preconfigured list or
edit a new unit of measure. It can’t be changed for digital probes.
Decimals:
The number of digits after the decimal separator used when displaying readings; for
example 3 means that the number will be formatted as 20,000. We suggest to set
“0”.
Digital probes require no calibration since all the parameters are already inside the
probe.
Go to paragraph “INCLINOMETER TUBES CONFIGURATION” if you are using a
digital probe.
