GUIDELINES AND MANUFACTURER'S DECLARATION - ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE
IMMUNITY
The measurement systems in the JMT range of products are intended for operation in the
electromagnetic environment stated below. The customer or user of the JMT measurement system
should ensure that it is used in such an environment.

Portable and mobile radio equipment
should be used no closer to the JMT
measurement system, including the
cables, than the recommended safety
distance, calculated from the equation
applicable to the frequency of the
transmitter.
Recommended safety distance:

transmitter in watts (W) according to
the information of the transmitter
manufacturer and d is the
recommended safety distance in
meters (m).

Interference may be possible in the
vicinity of equipment that is marked
with the following symbol
NOTE 1 At 80 MHz and 800 MHz, the higher value applies.
NOTE 2 These guidelines may not apply in all cases. Electromagnetic propagation is affected by
absorption and reflection from buildings, objects and people.
