5.2.4. Manage users
To delete a user
1. In the left-hand menu, click
User management
as shown in figure 5.3.
2. From the list labelled
Existing User
, select the name of the user you wish to delete.
3. Click
Delete
to remove the user.
The application takes about 20 seconds to delete a user.
To edit a user's password and privileges
1. In the left-hand menu, click
User management
, as shown in figure 5.3.
2. From the list labelled
Existing User
, select the name of the user and click
Edit
.
3. In the pop-up dialog, select the user's permissions, change the user's password, and
click
Save
.
please note It is required to enter the user password as well as select the functions open
to the user. When finished, click
Save to modify the account's password and
privileges.
5.2.5. User information
To view a list of accounts
1. In the left-hand menu, click
User management
, as shown in figure 5.3.
2. Click the
View account
button.
A pop-up window displays a list of users and encrypted passwords as shown in
figure 5.4.
