Wir erklären:
•
Die einwandfreie Funktion des Produkts innerhalb der
Garantiefrist, wenn es gemäß seines Verwendungszwecks und
den mitgelieferten Anleitungen verwendet wird;
•
Eine Reparatur von Schäden am Produkt auf Ihren Antrag,
wenn Sie solche Schäden innerhalb der Garantiefrist melden.
Die Garantie tritt mit dem Verkaufstag des Produktes in Kraft,
was Sie mit einem bestätigten Garantieschein nachweisen
können.
•
Die Maschine ist ausschließlich für die Verstreuen von
Stallmist konzipiert.
Die Garantie endet aufgrund:
•
Nichtbeachtung der mitgelieferten Anleitungen
•
Verwendung eines unangemessenen Kardanantriebs
•
Nachlässiger Handhabung des Produktes, Überlastung, die
zum Bruch aller Arten von Messern, Federblättern und Reifen
der Schaufeln führt.
•
Unbefugtes Eingreifen in das Produkt
•
Schäden, die durch mechanische Schläge durch den Käufer
oder durch Dritte entstanden sind.
•
Schäden aufgrund von Überschwemmung, Brand oder
Blitzschlag.
Bei der schriftlichen oder telefonischen Schadensmeldung
teilen Sie unserem Vertreter bitte Folgendes mit:
•
Produktname, Produkttyp und Werknummer
•
Schadensbeschreibung
•
Genaue Adresse
Dauer, für die Wartung sichergestellt wird
:
•
ist der Zeitraum, in dem wir Wartung und Verfügbarkeit von
Ersatzteilen gewährleisten;
•
beginnt mit dem Erwerbsdatum des Produktes und beträgt:
10 Jahre.
Warranty statement:
We declare:
•
that during the warranty period, the product will operate
flawlessly, if you use it in accordance with its purpose and
the enclosed instructions;
•
that upon your request, we will repair any defect of the
machine if you inform us of it during the warranty period.
The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase of the
product, evident from the certified warranty certificate and
the receipt.
•
The machine is designed strictly for spreading of farmyard
manure.
The warranty becomes invalid due to:
•
failure to comply with the enclosed instructions;
•
usage of an unsuitable PTO shaft;
•
negligent handling of the product, overloading which leads
to the fracture of all types of knives, spring legs, rubber
blades;
•
interference with the product by an unauthorised person;
•
damage caused by mechanical shock due to the fault of the
buyer or a third person;
•
damage caused by flooding, fire, lightning.
When reporting a defect by phone or in writing, please
inform our representative of:
•
the name, type and serial number of the product;
•
the nature of the defect;
•
your full address.
The servicing guarantee period:
•
is the period during which we guarantee servicing and
service parts;
•
it commences from the date of purchase of the product and
terminates at the end of
10 years.
