Troubleshooting

The unit does not

run at all

Warning!

a. In the event of abnormal conditions (like, stinky smell), please shut off the main power supply

immediately and then contact the SINCLAIR appointed service center; otherwise the continuous abnormal

running would damage the air conditioning unit and also would cause electric shock or fire hazard etc.

b. Do not repair the air conditioner personally but instead contact the professionally skilled personnel at the

SINCLAIR appointed service center, as the incorrect repair would cause electric shock or fire hazard etc.

Check before Contacting Maintenance Serviceman

Please check the following items before contacting the maintenance serviceman.
