D.H.W. PRODUCTION
The.preparation.of.hot.water.is.guaranteed.
by.the.glass.storage.tank.unit.with.magne-
sium.anode.for.the.protection.of.the.boiler.
unit. and. inspection. flange. for. its. control.
and.cleaning..
The magnesium anode must be checked
annually and substituted when it is worn,
pain the forfeiture of the guarantee of the
storage tank.
If the boiler does not produce hot water,
make sure that the air has been released
by pressing on the manual vents after hav-
ing switched off the main switch.

GAS VALVE (fig. 16)
The. boiler. is. supplied. as. standard. with. a.
gas.valve,.model.SIT.848.SIGMA.(Fig..16).
4.3
GAS CONVERSION (fig. 17)
This operation must be performed by
authorised personnel using original Sime
components.
To.convert.from.natural.gas.to.LPG.or.vice.
versa,.perform.the.following.operations
–.Close.the.gas.cock.
–.Replace. the. nozzle. (1). and. the. gasket. (2)..
using.those.supplied.in.the.conversion.kit.
–.Test. all. the. gas. connection. using. soapy.
water. or. special. products.. Do. not. use.
open.flames.
–.Apply. the. nameplate. with. the. new. gas.
flow.layout.
–.Calibrate. the. maximum. and. minimum.
pressures. of. the. gas. valve. following. the.
instructions.provided.in.paragraph.4.3.2.
