USB_BUFCLR forces clearing of the internal state of the IN buffer with respect to DMA operation. A USB reset will reset the core so
USB_BUFCLR must be used to keep the DMA in sync with the USB core state. Some protocols might require aborting further IN data based
upon received OUT data and therefore specific endpoints might have to be cleared.
