Is the specifications of interface cable conformed to its specifications of this manual being

used?

Are used communication method and the function setting of the printer correct?

Is Bluetooth / Wireless LAN communication status normal?

•

Is the communication condition between the printer and the host device correct?

Is specified thermal paper being used? Is the paper orientation (surface/back) correct?



An error is displayed

•

Is the Function Setting of the printer correct?

The battery pack does not installed

The battery runs out soon even if charged
