6.7  Diagnostics file download feature

Customer service may request a diagnostic zip file be emailed to them. This will be used for further 
troubleshooting.   

 

NOTE: 

The charge must either stay in AP mode or in Client mode in order to do this download.

Diagnostics file download

Navigate to the cloud, 

https://versichargesg.cloudapp.net

  using any smart device or laptop.

Select the charger in question.

Expand “Charger Info” and note IP address or use an IP address finder like Fing to find the IP address.

The Wi-Fi indicator on front panel is in Client Mode (blinking Red/Green or Red/Orange or Red/Yellow) (post-commis-
sioning).  See Wi-Fi Status table in section 7 below.

THEN

Access the local webpage by inserting the IP address: http://<IP_address_of_the_charger> in a browser address bar.

IF

The Wi-Fi indicator is blinking slow Green.

THEN

VersiCharge is in Access Point mode.

Connect to the access point with the name similar to vs-IACAEAD238 (see sample below). Proceed to the next step.
