Function Designation on the
ATC6500
Description
External Source 1 control Ext SRC1 control Source 1 voltage control signal received from external device.
When enabled, it indicates that the voltage is within the limit
thresholds.
External Source 2 control Ext SRC2 control Source 2 voltage control signal received from external device.
When enabled, it indicates that the voltage is within the limit
thresholds.
Enable load to Source 1 Load to SRC1 Issues the enable for the connection of the load to Source 1, in
addition to the internal controls.
Enable load to Source 2 Load to SRC2 Issues the enable for the connection of the load to Source 2, in
addition to the internal controls.
Set Source 1 delay to zero Delay bypass 1 Sets the delay of Source 1 present to zero.
Set Source 2 delay to zero Delay bypass 2 Sets the delay of Source 2 present to zero.
Keypad lock Keypad lock If this contact is closed, it locks all functions from front keypad
except for display of measurements.
Lock parameters Settings lock If this contact is closed, the access to the Setup menu is locked.
Remote control lock Remote control lock Prevents the execution of command and write processes over the
serial interface. The reading of data remains possible.
Siren OFF Reset siren Disables the siren.
Automatic test Start automatic test Starts the periodic, automatic test.
Alarm inhibition Alarm inhibition If enabled, this function disables the alarms that have the feature
"Inhibit alarms" activated.
Alarm reset Alarm reset Reset of the retained alarms the triggering cause of which no
longer exists.
Commands menu C(xx) Commands menu
Cxx
Executes the command from the Commands menu defined by the
parameter index (xx). To do this a function index must be set
using parameter P12.n.02.
Example: The command C05 is to be selected via the input. This
means the function index 5 must be selected.
OFF key simulation Key OFF Closing the input is the equivalent of pressing the OFF key. The
operating mode is changed accordingly.
MAN key simulation Key MAN Closing the input is the equivalent of pressing the MAN key. The
operating mode is changed accordingly.
AUT key simulation Key AUTO Closing the input is the equivalent of pressing the AUT key. The
operating mode is changed accordingly.
Simulates TEST key Key TEST Closing the input is the equivalent of pressing the TEST key. The
operating mode is changed accordingly.
Automatic test inhibition Test inhibition Inhibits the automation test.
LED test Test LED Makes all the LEDs on the front panel flash.
Close breaker 1 (BRK 1) Close BRK 1 In the manual mode this function closes the Breaker 1.
Open breaker 1 (BRK 1) Open BRK 1 In the manual mode this function opens the Breaker 1.
Toggle breaker 1 (BRK1) Toggle BRK 1 In the manual mode this function toggles the status of Breaker 1.
Close breaker 2 (BRK 2) Close BRK 2 In the manual mode this function closes the Breaker 2.
Open breaker 2 (BRK 2) Open BRK 2 In the manual mode this function opens the Breaker 2.
Toggle breaker 2 (BRK2) Toggle BRK 2 In the manual mode this function toggles the status of Breaker 2.
Aux. voltage ready Aux. voltage ready If this NC contact is open, alarm A19 is triggered.
