How to Reboot the Chiller

1.

If you get “cooling errors” while scanning you can try to reboot the chiller to clear the
faults, some examples include:



Cooling System: EPC Temperature High



Cooling System: Return Pressure Low



Cooling bypass

2.

Enter the equipment room (through the sliding glass door) and look at the south wall (as
shown below)

3.

Locate the key to the chiller cabinet on the ledge (red circle)

4.

Unlock the cabinet (green circles)

5.

Turn off the 3 breakers in the chiller cabinet (orange squares), wait 5 seconds and then
turn them back on

6.

Then do a

“Standby” scanner reboot

(not a restart or full shutdown) – this takes 10

minutes

7.
