The HiPath BizIP directory

72

The HiPath BizIP directory 

There is a directory function integrated in your HiPath BizIP. This means 
you can enter, change and delete up to 200 external numbers and associ-
ated names. 

You can also define whether users (without administrative access) can 
make changes to the directory.

Adding an entry 

1. Click 

Add Entry

. A dialog box will appear.

2. Enter a meaningful name (e.g. surname and first name) under

3. Enter the number corresponding to the name under

Add Entry

. The newly added entry will appear in the directory list.

All internal phone numbers of the HiPath BizIP are also automatical-
ly contained in the directory. However, these entries are not admin-
istered here in the telephone directory list. For information on how 
to change internal names and phone numbers, see
