The administration interface has the following layout:

Wizard

The wizard supports you with menu prompts guiding you through the
initial installation of your HiPath BizIP. You can also change all of the pa-
rameters in the wizard later on in the

Connectivity Settings

area. For

information on the individual steps in the wizard, see

Æ

Page 18.

•

System-wide Settings

You can change the system-wide settings here such as the language
for the telephone display. The data is saved in and synchronized be-
tween the BizIP 410 telephones that are connected. You can only per-
form settings here if telephones are already set up in the HiPath BizIP
(otherwise the button is grayed out).

•

Connectivity Settings

In this area you can define the data that applies to your entire
HiPath BizIP, such as configuration of the Internet connection, LAN
settings and maintenance.
The data is stored in the access device BizIP AD 20.

•

Phone Settings

You can perform different administration and user settings here for
each telephone.
BizIP 410 telephones currently not available are grayed out in the list.
Information on the part that can be changed by the user (without an ad-
ministration password) is also provided in the Operating Manual for the
BizIP 410 telephone.
