Although every company has its own way of handling
support for ROLMphone telephones, most have a
person responsible for making configuration changes
and answering questions about the CBX telephone
system. This person, the CBX system administrator,
can provide you with information on the features you
need to use and can help troubleshoot problems with
your telephone when necessary.
