Mechanical installation

3.3.1

Preparations

The following tools and materials are required to install the FLOWSIC30:
● Hoisting equipment (lifting capacity according to the weight specifications on the type

plate),

● Box wrench with size suitable for flange installation,
● Torque wrench,
● Flange gaskets,
● Bolt lubricant,
● Leak detection spray.

3.3.2

Meter orientation

Horizontal position of ultrasonic sensors must not deviate by more than ±3°

Only for dry gas

Horizontal, electronics up



Vertical



Horizontal, electronics down



Horizontal, electronics at side


